”Staff (esp Sam, Venessa and Vim) was excellent in this boutique hotel. Was very personable and always with a smile. We stayed for a week so we got to know them. We got the biggest room they had and it was worth it. It was too cold for the pool, but it looked nice. The upstairs terrace was the perfect place to watch the sunset with Table Mountain in the background as well. Also loved the free breakfast. Not only did they have a small spread with baked goods, fruits, yogurt, n breads, you order...

Breakfast was delicious & cooked exactly to our liking. The garden/pool area of this guest house is a super area to relax & spend time chatting & indeed drinking with the owners & other guests”

”I only stayed one night but I will definitely return for longer stays. The owner-manager could not have been kinder or more helpful as I was there for doctors' office visits at the Panorama Medicentre, a short walkable 1 km away. The bed and one bedroom suite were the most comfortable I have stayed in for quite sometime. The breakfast (included) was homemade eggs, bacon, toast and they even had decaf coffee for me. I love Paperbark Manor and will come again.”

”Huoneistohotelli on suoraan ison kauppa/huvittelukeskuksen naapurissa Century Cityssä (iso on oikeastaan arvio alakanttiin) ja alueella voisi halutessaan varmaan viettää koko lomansakin jos shoppailu innostaa, mutta jos nähtävyyksiä haluaa katsomaan on auton vuokraaminen melkein välttämätöntä. Huoneistomme oli periaatteessa mukavankokoinen kaksio ja kylpyhuoneitakin löytyi kaksi, yksi suihkulla ja yksi kylpyammeella. Aamiainen ei kuulunut huoneen hintaan mutta se olisi voitu maksusta järjestää...
