Not a five star hotel
Really nice interior in the reseption, but rooms and corridors are outdated. Small pool with very cold water. Hotel restaurant has average food. Breakfast average. Definitely not a five star hotel.

Great location, clean rooms and good breakfast
Nice hotel just by the Knysna lagoon and waterfront. Big heated pool, clean rooms and good breakfast. We stayed 3 nights (parents and son). It is a great location to make daytrips around Knysna and Plettenberg Bay. Excellent restaurants near the hotel.

We loved our stay at this property. The views were amazing and the room was beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant both night we were there and the food was fantastic. The welcome drink was delicious. If it had been on the menu we would have had several. The only complaint I have would be the ...
