Chalet't – Thessaloniki

”We booked a room for two adults and a toddler. There was a terrible smell of glue in our room and in the hallway because of the renevation they did on the same floor at the day we arrived. They promised to organize a different room, and when we came back from the city couple of hours later we needed to repack and move to a new room. The new room had only one bed (no bed for toddler!) and there wasn’t even enought towels for three! The noise from the traffic in our new room was unbelievable, so...

”Hotel was clean, stuff professional and helpful. Air-conditioning made room too cold and wasn't easy to use, pillows and blankets were not good unfortunately. Breakfast was very nice! ”

Menisin uudestaan ”

”Erittäin siisti ja tyylikäs uusi ja sopivan pieni hotelli aivan Thessalonkin keskustassa.Kattoterassilta upea näkymä suoraan merelle.”

”Very disappointing stay and poor handling of the complaint. I booked an XL Loft Room based on the photos, layout and listed amenities, especially because the loft/bunk bed setup was the main reason for choosing this room for my children. The room we received did not have that layout at all and did not match what was presented when booking. Several listed amenities were missing, including a private balcony, sitting area, full-length mirror, iron/ironing board and, most importantly, soundproof...

”Location good near the railway/bus station and city center. Also supermarket nearby. Impractical and small room (double). When a room is for two people, why on earth there is a level for just one bag? We had to used top of fridge for the other bag. Also two chairs are needed, as well as a good amount of hangers. Shower very small. Shower area should be closed so that all bathroom floor would not be wet after shower. Positive: under the sink there was a dry place where to place your things....

”A unique, modern and practical hotel, cool rooms, very good beds, excellent reception service (thank you Anastasia)”

”Todella hyvä majoitus ja sijainti!”

”Amazing experience. Warm hospitality, clean rooms and attention to details. Everyone should go to this hotel to observe and learn how to take care of guests.”
