”We liked everything about the hotel. Staff was helpful. There were very nice amenities. The room was beautiful clean and had a wonderful features, including a kitchen. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return.”

”The building and grounds need maintenance. There's rotting window sills and rain damage on the ceiling, spots of bleach on the carpets and the doorknob of a closet came off in my hand. The TV in the room is incredibly small, the size of a computer screen. You don't come to a hotel to watch TV but like showers, you expect a nice experience.
The breakfasts were ok, but not great.”

”The hotel has a classic and stylish interior, original and respecting Yale university’s heritage. I loved it, as you feel part of Yale’s legacy. Breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very limited, that’s the only minus.”

”A very good hotel centrally located in New Haven/Yale. The Yale area provided for a super beautiful evening/morning walk. Close to many restaurants as well. Hotel was extremely tidy, beds were comfy and breakfast was amazing - with a view! ”
