”We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.”

”The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.”

”My check-in was at 3:00pm. My room was dirty upon arrival including trash about and a slept-in, unmade bed. I wasn’t able to access a clean room until 8:30pm. Communication was poor at best. Unwilling to accommodate for their mistakes. Do not stay here.”

”Room smelled odd, tv screen had a darkened hue that was not fixable, paint on the bathroom wall over the wallpaper, very odd entrance to lobby. Not a great 2 night stay (aside from nice front desk staff and morning breakfast team).”

”Room was too small for 2 adults and 2 kids under the age of 15. Small bathroom. Water pressure from the shower is very slow and kept shutting off and on or pressure reduces lower to where it will stop. Fridge and microwave is good.No shelfs or drawers to put personal items. Carpet smells. My 2 kids went for breakfast, there were minimum options. Staff is friendly. Free parking, access to laundry. Perfect area to Swinney center/UMKC, gates bbq, city market etc. ”

”The hotel was in a convenient location to downtown. They were in the midst of renovations, but did a great job of protecting guests from that. The breakfast could have been a little more varied, but it was unique to have a bagel bar (if I’m remembering correctly).”
