Thornham Parva Hotellit

”The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. The markings for hot and cold faded and difficult to establish which way to turn. The bath had various stains around the plug hole and bath and certainly...

”Staff are very helpful and create a pleasant friendly environment, good standards of cleanliness throughout. Lovely big breakfast served by staff member attentive to customer needs.”

”My favourite East Anglian hotel - recently refurbished, just as friendly and welcoming. As usual there were all sorts here, it's a proper 'local' - good food, good beer, good cheer! Lots of interesting opinions - all topical issues covered and easily overheard. The bar has two tellies now, and I enjoyed watching the end of an ODI (Sri Lanka won), and then some Happy Valley with mein hosts. I thoroughly recommend anyone to stay here (as long as you can do stairs), it's reasonably priced, the...

”Place was clean and lovely and staff very helpful. I would’ve loved to have found out what the “meal deal” was in the lounge though. And no air conditioning so our room was sooooo hot at night. We had a fan that helped but was so hard to sleep. I understand it’s not the hotels fault but yeah it wasn’t as hot outside anymore it seemed to retain the heat from the last few months still”

”Lovely traditional pub, excellent food and accomodation”

”Good hotel service and staff Bit out of town so need to get a cab / uber but free parking is a bonus”

”This was the perfect place to stay for a special event at nearby Wymondham College. I was warmly (well, it was during the heatwave!) and cheerfully greeted by Tracey. My room was clean, well-prepared and provided me with all the facilities I required. It was extremely competitively priced. My thanks to the staff concerned for their part in a really memorable weekend.”

”The property was clean. George and Jordan were very welcoming. There was a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast. Parking is free. We were really happy with our king room, there is a shower, toilet, sink and bath in our room. The bedroom is very big, wardrobes. Two very Happy customers and will definitely be back there again.”

”Had a mews room on ground floor. Lovely to just step outside for coffee”

”Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!”

”Staff was very friendly, super quiet hotel with air conditioning. Very clean.”

”Parking good , lots of shopping and food close Garden and kitchen are great”

”Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...

”Pristine”

”There was only one member of staff on reception at check in time which means multiple guests have to wait to check in. We went for lunch and had to ask firstly to order drinks and then again to order food. Unfortunately the burgers were way over cooked and the waiter had no incling that this might not be acceptable. It is unfathomable to me based on the price that a full breakfast wouldn’t be included in room rate.”
