”Absolutely everyone went above and beyond, from check in desk, house keeping and the breakfast restaurant! All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was ready early and we received a free upgrade, thank you! A beautiful room, cleaned perfectly, refreshed tea/coffees (with great choice) and a superb breakfast! Comfortable bed and a great walk in shower. Cannot fault anything. Brilliant stay, will definitely be back. ”

”We also had a great view of the city of Leeds from the skylights, as we were on the top floor. The reception from the lobby could also fetch fresh breakfast breads and eggs.”

”I got a room that is suitable for disabled people. Bathroom wasn't really nice. Room was also one of those rooms that could be connected to the other room. Too bad that it also meant that I could hear everything that was happening in the room next to mine. Not nice to hear loud voices in the middle of the night. When I mentioned that while checking out, the lady in the reception said that because I booked through hotels.com I didn't get that good room. Should book directly from the hotel, she...
