”Nice hotel. Pool and spa were used, little busy but that shows the popularity of it. Thin walls meant we could hear next door speaking every word. Good walk away from the centre, which cost £18 on the tram return! Walkable, but 20-25mins at a good pace. ”

”Nice hotel but the exterior let it down as it didn’t have much kerb appeal with flaking paintwork and a blocked of car park exit that was very untidy Food was expensive so we ate elsewhere on the second night The interior is a little dated but was clean My main bugbear is the state of the remote control in the room which was filthy! I had to clean it myself with sanitiser and a cotton bud ! Staff were very pleasant and accommodating and breakfast was good, but would have benefitted from hash...

”We stayed at The Carlton Best Western Hotel Blackpool. Hotel was spotless, comfortable and the staff were lovely, very helpful , nothing was too much trouble for them. It is in a prime spot for buses, trams & taxis. Its also only a short walk into town centre. I would definitely be retaining in the near future.”

”Clearly bought over from another chain, this IBIS is a bit different to most I’ve stayed in (eg in London). But we had a warm welcome despite a very late checkin, the room was clean & well presented, everything worked and the beds were comfy. Tasty breakfast too. Minor issue with incorrect room charge was sorted easily and with a smile. Thanks to the small team here 👍”

”Another amazing stay at The Spa Hotel, Ribby Hall. This was our third and probably best visit of all. The spa wasn’t overly busy, and the rain stayed away long enough to really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzis and enjoy a nice cold beer. We stayed on the Aqua Thermal Journey overnight stay with dinner allowance. The food was delicious as you’d expect from a high standard hotel. Breakfast was extremely busy as many people wanted to use their final hour back in the spa the following morning before...

”We have stayed many times at this hotel and it has always been pleasant, very clean and cannot fault the staff, apart from one young man serving on the bar on Saturday night whom I asked for a Long Island ice tea, he said no the hot drinks machine is broke ? I said it’s a cocktail? And he replied abruptly I know but we’re not doing them ?apart from that it was lovely. ”
