”Lovely location, beautiful hotel and such kind staff, would definitely stay again”

”What shade of hell in the 21st century for £177 for single occupancy has not got a private toilet . Room tiny, no lighting by bedside so if you get up in dark have to go to front door to switch a light on. Bunk bed over the head of double bed makes it hot & claustophic . The shower room is a joke, a bathroom including a toilet on a ferry is considerably bigger that this coffin minus a toilet. Avoid at all cost”

”Clean room. Usual Hilton high standard. Breakfast has decent choices and yes their signature Hampton waffle. And as usual this is included in the room fee. Nice air-conditioning. Can't complain anything at all. 10/10”

”A clean, well kept hotel with wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely food, fabulous drinks. Well situated for events at the NEC and beyond if you don’t mind a taxi or train ride. Fabulous if you want a bit of luxury. Does have underground parking that is more secure than some of the other hotels in the area and around the same price.”

”The room in the cottages need some improvement; paint flacking off walls. Would have been good to have water bottles in the room with the heat.”

”We stayed here as we were attending the British Grand Prix and was catching the shuttle bus to the track from Coventry Station. This hotel was perfect as it was a 2 minute walk. Check in was simple and the receptionist was smiley, friendly and informative. Room was clean, complimentary tea, coffee and soft drinks in the fridge. We will definetly choose this hotel for next years GP.”

”Fabulous stay for our son’s graduation. We had three rooms ours (no5) definitely the best. Great value for money with breakfast included. We ate in the restaurant too and the food was definitely, breakfast included the morning was tasty too. Staff friendly, helpful and attentive.”
