”Room had no hot water at the sink in the morning. Only one out of 2 working elevators. Lobby was under construction and dust was everywhere. Construction was not revealed at time of booking.”

”The room was better than I expected but there was a hand towel with what appeared to be feces on it tucked back in the cabinet behind the clean towels. There was also a tooth flosser left by the plates in the kitchen but everything else was clean. ”

”Laundry service was so not up yo par. Cost me $25; to wash ome load of clothes due to machine malfunction”

”I travel to see my grandchildren, this place is close and reasonable. However they really need to do better with the floors. The floors are filthy, the rugs are nasty, the sinks are terrible. It's a shame I have to bring my own cleaning supplies to make sure my grandchildren are in a clean environment. If they can do better by those things over it's a nice place. ”

”I like staying there because it was quiet It was safe the staff was very nice and kind even though it was a dirty ass room It was a perfect escape from what I was dealing with and it was affordable at least”

”We got a room from the back side where obviously were people living long term. The room was NOT good, old and run down. We were listening the whole night neighbours fighting and screaming, did not feel safe at all. Hotel looks ok from the outside and we are used to staying in hotels / motels that are not expensive, but this was one of the never again experiences.”
