”We had a very pleasant five-night-stay in the end of April 2019. We felt very much at home enjoying Liz´ and Dave´s kind, attentive and helpful service throughout our stay in every respect. Tidiness and service were of a high standard. Breakfast gets our ten points out of ten, always suiting our needs. For us everything in the town was within a convenient walking distance with attractive routes to choose from.”

”We were welcomed by lovely staff giving an immediate good impression. Our room was small and a bit dark, but had everything we needed. Our dinner was amazing, beautifully presented and generous. Thanks to the weather we were able to sit in a beautiful garden looking onto the village green. Breakfast was brilliant. All the food is locally sourced and delicious. As to the cost, we were delighted at the value for money. Lovely pub with loads of character and lovely staff.”

”Had a fantastic few days here. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we asked they always provided an answer to our requests promptly and happily. Charlotte was incredibly informative and passionate in answering our local questions of which her knowledge was invaluable to us. Lovely room we had, being hyper critical it is an old building so the bathroom layout meant you couldn't really have a shower, so bathing it was instead. Had a wonderful stay, highly recommended. ”Great place to stay! The room was very comfortable, food delicious (we had dinner and breakfast), all the staff really friendly and helpful, and the whole set up with parking and a lovely beer garden all made for a great night's stay. Thought it could be noisy but wasn't at all. Would definitely stay again (or drop in for food and drinks) if ever back in the area.”

”Extremely friendly team and the property was very functional and well priced for our needs. We didn’t send too much time there but we enjoyed what we experienced. Breakfast was very nice but choice was limited. If you didn’t have what they wanted you to have there was an extra additional charge. This was a very minor niggle for us so hopefully that emphasises how satisfied we were overall. Would certainly recommend.”

”A very relaxed stay in a beautiful stylish house with all comforts. The executive suite is very spacious and the bed very comfortable, it is on the roadside but we didn’t hear traffic but did use eye mask for the light after closing the blinds still allowed a little through and we had a great sleep. Breakfast offered several choices so something for everyone and it was plentiful & delicious. We highly recommend a stay here and an explore around Tewkesbury”

”We stayed in the 1 bed cottage in the hotel complex. It was very comfortable and very clean. We didn’t need cleaning daily but they still left the refill of coffee, teabags, water etc for us which is very useful. Parking can be a bit tricky but we managed to find a space usually after 5pm. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in town centre.”
