”This property isn't quite at the address listed, it's a bit more remote (about 20 mins further down so bear this in mind when planning activities). You definitely need an SUV type vehicle to get there as the road is unpaved for a good 30mins or so. ”Room was clean and staff were helpful. We only stayed one night for a swim meet so we didnt utilize many amentities. It was about 15 minutes from Oro Valley Pool. Ths hot tub was broken i think so it was dirty but otherwise everything else was good. Right across the street from Tucson Mall. Lots of food and stores nearby. ”

”I had a terrible experience at this location which is a huge bummer considering what a nice view it has and how much I liked it the first time. We stayed again recently and had just come off an 8 hour drive with two young kids, only to arrive and be told that our reservation and payment was swapped over to the neighboring hotel that’s attached to a casino because the hotel was actually overbooked. Nothing like being exhausted with cranky kids and having to lose 30 minutes of downtime figuring...

”The rooms were fine, I had issues with television and clothes dryer, staff did address the issue following my request. We did need to check out one day early and were denied a refund on our bill because reservations were made through a third party stating they are not able to accommodate this request. When I attempted to contact initially, I was not able to contact directly therefore requiring me to secure reservation through another source. The request to check out early was provided 48 hours...

”The hotel is clean, but the walls must be made of paper. I was assigned a room adjacent to an elevator, that dinged constantly until about 1AM. That coupled with the loud voices of guests loading and unloading lead to an unrestful stay with an early morning flight to catch. The staff was made aware & would not change the room. It was not the Hilton experience I am accustomed to. The airport shuttle was extremely convenient.”
