”Staff are friendly and helpful”

”Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. Their lovely home cooked...

”Good location. close most tourists interested places”

”Becareful when you book this place because the description advertised on Expedia is falsely statement, you have no mountain or valley view only street view or facing other building view. Inside the room size is small not 301sqf as indicated. You paid for something that you don’t get, it’s scam despite the good review for cleanliness and helpful staff. I will not return or recommend this place!”

”Very helpful staff, especially for the trip with a guide and car to the Lingyin temple and the tea garden experience. They know the perfect path to take not well known but very beautiful and quite”

”Great location, near west lake, night market and metro. Very grand from the outside, but rooms need major refurbishment. We stayed 2 nights and moved rooms after night one as room smelled badly of cigarettes and damp. Staff very helpful and moved us immediately but, whilst better, it still smelled like smoke (both floors designated non smoking). Furniture dated. Great place if you aren't sensitive to the smell of cigarettes.”

”The hotel had no doorman to help us with the luggage when we got off the car. It was dim at night in the lobby, elevator and hallways to guest rooms. The air smelt like light mode in some places. There’s not enough variety for the breakfast.”

”Great place to stay, full of character and food options. Right next door to a beautiful garden. A few bakery's and places to eat around on the streets. A self service laundry also.”

”I just liked everything about this hotel, from the location to services, food and staff.”

”its really more of an apartment rather than a hotel. checkin was at the security desk as no real hotel reception. the name on website is not consistent with name on street signage making it a bit awkward on arrival. good location that is easily walkable to west lake area.”

”Don’t trust the pictures, hotel and rooms were dirty there was garbage left in”

”Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee.”

”Its dated and need a face lift. Some old equipment and stuff left in the drawers. Otherwise, a good stay especially given the location and easy access to everything.”
