Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by beautiful details all over that can only be found in this home. All furnishings are all new, which set that "mountain modern" vibe for this home in the woods. It has 3 Bedroom and 2 1/2 bathrooms, and also a small outside Sun Room. All spaces have been curated with modern furniture, creating a calm and relaxing environment to sleep that stress away. Â
THE RIVER CREEK:
Creek (seasonal): A gentle, babbling brook that runs through the property during the winter and spring months, typically from December to June. Its soothing sounds and tranquil presence add to the serene ambiance of our natural setting. Please note that the creek may dry up during the summer and fall months due to natural seasonal changes.

A nature lovers paradise, there are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of Californiaâs lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just five miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing.

They help us with all the landscaping of the property and have become a great resource for our guests during their stay. If you need immediate help, they are more than happy to help.

ïžPlease note that the river area is in the back part of the property. This property is over an acre. You will have to pass the neighbor's house to access it. That whole area is all yours to enjoy. They have no access to it as they have their own personal backyard.
