Rather than maximizing occupancy, we focus on providing a consistent, well-cared-for environment. Something many guests find makes a meaningful difference in how restorative their stay feels.

Hot Tub Access

Our hot tub is included with standard nightly rates ($299+).

For discounted/off-season stays below this rate, hot tub access is available as an optional amenity add-on ($149 per stay).

Because it requires time to clean, refill, heat, and balance between guests, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you’d like it prepared.

Cleanliness Standard

This is a shoeless home.

We maintain a consistently clean, allergen-conscious environment using:

Professional cleaning + steam sanitation
Mattress encasements and protected bedding
Minimal clutter, no shared pantry items

If you’re used to removing shoes at home, you’ll feel very comfortable here.
