”The food was excellent and the room was lovely, we only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again. ”

”Lots of parking. Breakfast was very good ( I did ask for soya milk but they only had oat milk) other wise lots of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was suitable for a one night stopover, bed very comfortable. We were out in the rooms outside not in the main part. This is an old quaint countryside hotel this is what we wanted and liked. We didn't have an evening meal so can not comment on it. Other wise all in all would recommend.”

”It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything. The room we had was amazing it had a rustic style look ”

”Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.”
