The good:
-Great location slightly outside of Hoi An centre - trust me, it's good to be slightly removed from the crowds. Easy 10-15min walk or a $1 taxi ride from the centre.
-The staff were out of this world nice and well trained.
-Very clean and spacious rooms
-Great breakfast
-Easy to organize drivers, tours, etc. Whatever you need, they'll help you out.
-Everyone spoke excellent English

”We loved our stay at Delicacy Hotel! We grabbed onto a deal here, when we had to unexpectedly change hotels in Hoi An. The hotel is very new and sparkling clean. We loved the esthetics and the comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good and diverse. The staff went above and beyond for us, for which we were so grateful! When we left at 4:30AM to the airport, they even prepared a full breakfast to go for us to have in the car. We felt taken care of in Delicacy Hotel and if we ever come back to...
”We stayed here as a family and at first I wasn’t sure what to expect since it felt more like a homestay than a hotel — no reception or breakfast area like you’d normally see. But it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The rooms were huge, it being connecting rooms, giving us all the space we needed with separate bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. It was so convenient to be able to dry our clothes outside and still enjoy the view of the riverside.
