”Lovely homestay in a perfect location near Hoi An old town. Everything is in walking distance. The homestay is in a quiet road, run by a kind family. Mr Lee was very supportive. Would highly recommend to come here when visiting Hoi An.”

”We stayed here as a family and at first I wasn’t sure what to expect since it felt more like a homestay than a hotel — no reception or breakfast area like you’d normally see. But it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The rooms were huge, it being connecting rooms, giving us all the space we needed with separate bathrooms and a lovely balcony overlooking the river. It was so convenient to be able to dry our clothes outside and still enjoy the view of the riverside. The real highlight...

”Stayed for 5 nights. I would give this hotel 9/10. The good: -Great location slightly outside of Hoi An centre - trust me, it's good to be slightly removed from the crowds. Easy 10-15min walk or a $1 taxi ride from the centre. -The staff were out of this world nice and well trained. -Very clean and spacious rooms -Great breakfast -Easy to organize drivers, tours, etc. Whatever you need, they'll help you out. -Everyone spoke excellent English The bad: -While there was no noise from...

”From the moment I arrived, Miss Ten was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. The shower was enclosed, which was a first for me in Vietnam. Water prices from the mini bar were good and she invited me for lunch with her and her family, which I had to decline, but it was a lovely offer. The location is excellent. There are bicycles you can take for a ride around the area. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hoi An. ”
