”the valet, door and desk attendants, and the housekeeping staff are all so incredibly kind!! the hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. the bathroom was overall clean, however i couldn’t help but notice yellow buildup in some harder to reach places on the shower floor. the breakfast food and drinks are very good, however the wait staff isn’t the kindest. there was a private event happening in the hotel during our stay, so some of the amenities that were advertised by email after booking...

”I want to start by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of our room did not meet our expectations. When we arrived, the room was noticeably dusty, and the sheets, duvet, and mattress protector all had multiple stains. We immediately requested fresh bedding, and while the staff responded promptly, the replacement sheets also had stains on them. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they informed us that...
