”The hotel is very well maintained and located close to the main market. However, it is adjacent to a half finished property with a stay order and a little difficult to find since it is behind another hotel. That being said the views from the 5th floor rooms that we booked-509 and 510 were worth a million bucks. Their breakfast is delicious and varied with hot and cold items and Indian and continental fare. Would recommend this place.”

”Stay was excellent but restaurant services was not good.on 21.5.26 evening dessert gulabjamun khoya tested burnt and icecream was sticky. On 22/23.5.26 morning breakfast had to wait half an hour for tea otherwise service was good”

”Overall the place was good and the location was excellant. It started off bad when they tried to downgrade us to a smaller room than we booked. There were three adults and they wanted to put us in a room with a single bed! Also there is no A/C and you can’t keep the doors and windows open or the monkeys will get in. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the restaurant on the 1st floor was excellant so that was not an issue. The beds were Ok but were short and not great for tall people....

”Stayed at this hotel on Temple Road, McLeod Ganj in January end 2026 and honestly had a very nice experience. Food was really good. The balcony view was amazing — you can see Dharamshala and snow-covered mountains, which felt super peaceful. The place is calm and quiet but still very close to the main square and Dalai Lama Temple, so location is perfect. Mrs Sonia at the reception was very welcoming and kind, made us feel comfortable right from the start. Overall, a simple, peaceful stay...

”It is a unique atmosphere in the hotel and you can get very good advises for things to do.”

”The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really good and conveniently located. The location is ideal. An d there is a yoga school on site with daily classes. The spa is also on site and offers outstanding massages. It should be noted, however, that there is some construction happening on site and there are some guests that keep very late hours and can create a disturbance for those sleeping. Overall an excellent experience and I will return.”

”The hygiene was an issue in the room and common areas. The room was dark and dingy. Utensils were not clean. The hotel is not well maintained.”

”I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel....
