”A very simple & overpriced hotel in a good location. Room cleaning during stay not included, no room service or restaurant in the hotel neither. Just a vending machine with soda, chocolate and crisps. Staff (one person) in the reception 24/7. Felt a bit unsafe at times, despite the hotel entrance being locked after 10 PM. A small bathroom in which water from shower leaked to the floor. Wifi & air conditioning worked well.”

”Very disappointing. Walls in the bedroom were covered in scuffs alongside a large hole. Carpets are stained and there are stains around the sides of the shower tray. There is also a £5 parking charge per night. It seems a bit silly to charge for parking for a hotel in the motorway services. How else are you meant to get there 😂. ”Check-in and check-out were very smooth. The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent, including the well-stocked small fridge with food and snacks. The weather was exceptionally cold during our stay, and unfortunately the small heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room comfortably warm.”

”We stayed here after a visit to Bletchley Park. Lovely clean rooms with everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep. Great food and drinks at reasonable prices and both our evening meals and breakfast very high quality. Staff very welcoming and friendly.
