1. Valmere Lungta Boutique Hotel
Valmere Lungta Boutique Hotel3,2 km kohteesta Tiger Hill
5.0 kautta 10, (2 arvostelua)
”The room I was given needed a fair bit of attention from the cleanliness of the bathroom, filling in the toilet roll and tissues
Restaurant was ok but the food needed more variation. However the staff at the restaurant were very nice and helpful.
Although it says there is a spa they mean it only offered massages.
I feel Expedia could have done a better job with verifying all that is claimed in the description.I think it should be only a Two star rating.

”It is an excellent place to stay if you are not looking for a classical style "Hotel". It has a very warm and ready-to-please Staff - only 8 of them to manage all ten rooms. It is a heritage Property with all the quaintness and old-world charm in terms of the building and furnishings etc. It has a feeling of a large Homestay with very personalised Service.
Recently renovated and therefore still needs some "De-bugging"
I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm and stay”

”Wonderful, relaxing stay with extra interest in learning about the growing and processing of tea. Delicious food, freshly prepared onsite. Staff friendly and helpful. Room and bed comfortable and clean. Really enjoyed the visit to the tea factory and walk around the estate.
Make sure you book the airport transfer - price is reasonable and difficult to find for people who don't know. ”

”Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

”We booked the Family Room with Balcony and Jacuzzi for a 3-night stay. The room itself had a very cozy feel and was perfect for a family, and the staff was phenomenal—always friendly and eager to help.
However, the room's main selling points fell short of expectations:
Jacuzzi Maintenance: The floor jet caps were missing (except for 2 or 3), making it uncomfortable to stand or sit in. Additionally, it took so long to fill that I had to call reception to have it filled manually. As a result, we...

”The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people.”

”There was nothing there to like. Everything was terrible & not in a livable condition. No working bathroom, no weather controlled rooms, very old & dirty towels. Please remove this property from your list. No one should live in such horrible conditions after paying so much. I should get some refund back if not the entire amount. Thanks 🙏”
