The 50 sqm apartment is designed exclusively for two guests, featuring a bright and elegant living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and a private balcony with panoramic views—the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. A comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower complete the space, ensuring a relaxing and pleasant stay.



Among the amenities, you will find a kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, German-style coffee machine, and kettle, as well as a washing machine and a convenient outdoor parking space.

For those who love water sports, sailing and windsurfing are available about 7 km away at the Port of Tignale, while golf lovers can visit Golf Bogliaco, about 13 km away.
