Villa Ada - Theater Home, wit marvellous lake view

The "Villa Ada" is located in Tignale (Aer), in an absolutely panoramic position at ca. 7 km from the lake. The charming villa, typical house of the place, has been restored with great attention to detail where the vivid colors of the olive trees, the panoramic view of the lake and the relaxing environment create the right magic for a perfect holiday. It has every comfort to make your holiday easy and gives you the opportunity to relax in front of the wonderful windows of the living room that open a view of Lake Garda, Monte Baldo and the green of our mountains. At approx. 500 m is the center of Gardola where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops, pharmacy etc. at approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool ", the Visitor Center and the fun adventure park" Flying frogs ". A few minutes by car or with the transfer (free for our customers) you reach the well-equipped beach" Pra de la Fam ".

The Villa is approx. 210 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 10 people:

Ground floor: living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower; terrace and magnificent lake view.

First floor: living room with kitchenette, two double bedrooms, one with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower and a bathroom with toilet; balconies and magnificent lake view.

Comforts include: induction cooker with extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, German coffee maker, toaster, kettle, TV. In the villa there is a Wi-Fi line, heating, three parking spaces and a private swimming pool with deck chairs.

Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.
