It is located in the pretty hamlet of Prabione just a few steps from the municipal swimming pool and just 9 km from the lake. The centre is about 2 km away where you can find shops, restaurants and bars. In a few minutes’ walk you reach the centre of the hamlet where you will find a bar and a restaurant. The surroundings offer customers a relaxing holiday surrounded by an unforgettable view of the lake and the mountains.
The villa is about 120 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 6 people. It is on two levels and consists of a ground floor with living room and kitchenette, a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony. Basement: double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower. Car garage and uncovered parking space.
Comforts include the kitchen (4 induction burners and extractor fan), oven, blender, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, German coffee maker, toaster, satellite TV, washing machine, umbrella, two deck chairs, wi-fi.
In the garden shared with another villa there are tables and chairs ideal for making a beautiful barbecue with all the family and friends!
