Beachfront Condo Enjoy Paradise!

Just steps from the biggest beach in Rosarito, Mexico. An 8 minute drive to Papas & Beer and the famous Rosarito Beach Hotel. Come down to the Baja and experience the great ample sandy beach in the community, with world renowned cuisine, lobster, best wine country in the world at "Los Viñedos" in Valle de Guadalupe. Go Baja500, surfing, whale watching, fishing, hiking, climbing, horseback riding, bicycling, come to the festivals and concerts. Excellent for medium and long term stays!

The place is a beautiful and spacious 1 level, 3 bedroom with ample closets, 2 full bathrooms condo. More than 1,130 square feet of living space. Located on the second floor (ground floor, first floor, second floor). No elevator needed, just need to go up a short staircase.

It has one private balcony with an incredible view of the Pacific Ocean so you can enjoy the sea breeze and the spectacular sunsets. Nice sized kitchen with pantry and separate storage and utility room.

We have 1 bunk bed with a king size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top in the master bedroom, which has its own private full bathroom and partial beach view. In the second bedroom we have a bunk bed, one has a full size bed on top and bottom. The third bedroom has a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom.

The living room has a Smart TV a big comfy couch that can double as a bed. So in total we can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably.

The condo is inside a gated community with a security guard 24/7. It has a private entrance to the beach that opens at 7AM and closes at 7PM everyday. It's the perfect place to spend some time off with friends and family.

We provide one assigned parking space and the possibility of a second parking inside the premises for an extra free. Ask us for availability! The other option is parking the second car outside the premises for free.

The complex has green areas all around the grounds for you to walk and enjoy excellent day or night strolls with perfect lighting on the facilities. Basketball and multipurpose court area available.
