Rentoudu ja lataa Nuestra Casita Cerca del Marissa

Suunnitellut ja rakentanut tunnettu meksikolainen amerikkalainen arkkitehti Roberto Moreno vuonna 2000. Kaunis räätälöity 3 makuuhuoneen, 2 kylpyammeen kolmitasoinen rantakoti, josta on upeat 180 asteen näkymät merelle, päätason terassi ja kattotasoinen patio. Makuuhuoneessa on parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone. Kahdessa ylimääräisessä makuuhuoneessa on kuningatar, parivuode ja yhden hengen vuode.

Pohjapiirros on erittäin avoin ja kevyt. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikilla välineillä, kattiloilla ja pannuilla, kahvinkeittimellä ja liinavaatteilla. Siellä on astianpesukone, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin ja mikroaaltouuni. Kaasu BBQ on saatavana.

Las Gaviotas tuntuu pieneltä Välimeren kylältä. Vuonna 1973 perustetussa aidatussa yhteisössä on 24 tunnin vartijat ja se on yksi kauneimmista rannikkoalueista koko Bajassa. Mukulakivikivi rannikon kävelytie sisältää suihkulähteet, puutarhat, vihreä, pääsy kahdelle yksityiselle rannalle, laskuveden vuorovesialtaat ja laajat merinäkymät. Vieraille on tarjolla vasta uusittu tenniskenttä, uima-altaan äärellä sijaitseva sekoituslevy ja rantalentopallo yksityisellä rannalla.

Easy access and great location

This location is close enough to the US border that it's not a crazy drive, but far enough away that you don't deal with all the traffic and people. It is also easy to find/get to. I took my family for a week to enjoy surfing and the beach, and we got plenty of both. Having a gated community made me feel safer, and it was great being able to wake up each day and walk down to a private beach.

The house is in a great location, the next best thing to being ocean front. You can see the break from the decks and it is a short walk to the water front. The house is well stocked, cutely decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful community

I would definitely stay here again!! The house was a lot bigger in person, very spacious for a group of 6, clean, the beach and pool are a short walk away, the ocean view from the rooftop is beautiful, the community itself has a Spanish colonial style, and it is gated with strict guards which makes you feel 100% safe. You can find food vendors at the pool area, the seafood vendor has fresh seafood and fruits, and they accept apple pay!! Overall it was a great place to stay.

Great place in a great location

Nice comfortable place for family to stay in a secure, gated community on the beach. Good location with ocean view, clean and family friendly. Las Gaviotas is a great community with lots to do, easy beach access and a pool. Check in process was easy, and unit had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Would definitely recommend.

Just Awesome!!

We stayed at Las Gaviotas Memorial weekend for a two night stay. It was my family of four and a family friend and her daughter. My friend and I have daughters that are differently able, fixates and have anxieties especially when it comes to new places to stay. The host was very kind, understanding and accommodating to our daughter’s needs. The rental was very clean, warm and inviting. The rooftop view was beautiful and relaxing as you’re looking out to the ocean. Definitely a favorite spot to listen to your favorite music while having a cold drink. The rental was spacious for having three adults and three kids. We had such an awesome experience! I would definitely book this rental again!!!

Amazing stay

We have stayed at Gaviotas many times over the years and this is one of our favorites of all time. The unit is super clean, cutely decorated, well stocked and has amazing views. The owner communicated well and made our stay super easy. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home in the heart of Las Gaviotas

Cindy is a great host, and my husband, two young kids (1 and 3.5), & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at su casita cerca del mar! You can tell it’s a well-loved home and not just a bare-bones vacation rental. We especially appreciated the rooftop terrace (where you can check the surf) and the location directly across from the playground. It’s also near the entrance gate and sort of halfway between (and just above) the pool & the private beach. We’ve been to Baja multiple times, and this was our first stay at Gaviotas. It’s safe and family-friendly, and we were happy to discover that local vendors sell yummy tacos, ceviche, smoothie, & cocktails by the pool every day — and that Colectivo Surf (just across the main road) is a well worth visiting as well. We’re already dreaming up our next visit!

Love this spot

My family of 5 loved this place! It was a nice touch having a 5 gallon water dispenser for drinking. The kitchen was well equipped. It was helpful to have little chip clips too. Ha the mom in me was happy to see those. :) The location was great. Easy to get to the beach, tennis courts and the kids loved having the park right across the way. The beds were comfortable too. We would love to come back.

Incredible Stay

This was our favorite house in Gaviotas! Clean, great location, great layout. Check in was easy and the house had sufficient towel hooks and drying racks (which, funny enough, seems to be really rare) We LOVED our stay and can’t wait to return!

Great Stay in Las Gaviotas

We really liked the setup of this place for our family. There is a large master suite downstairs and then two bedrooms on the main level with a shared bathroom. The views are great and there is a rooftop deck. Very clean place. Compared to other units that we have stayed out in this complex, this one felt more like a home and was our favorite unit that we have stayed at so far. Great communication with the manager and enjoyed using Cindy’s kitchen which was well-stocked with cooking necessities.

This place (the home and Las Gaviotas) is amazing!

Can't recommend this place enough. The home was even better than the pictures, so much character and charm and beautiful views of the ocean! Las Gaviotas itself is a lovely community. If you're a surfer, it's hard to beat the private break right out front.

Perfect stay

We had a great stay at Cindy’s place. The house is decorated so it’s really homey and comfortable. The view from the roof deck is amazing, you can see the break and enjoy your coffee with a view. The house was stocked with everything we needed (but bring your own drinking water). There is a very short walk to both the break and beach and the pool. We were really happy with our visit. Stunning Rooftop Patio View

My family (71 year-old Mother, husband, and three children -7,5,2) vacationed in Las Gaviotas for 4 nights. The house is well -organized and very pretty. We loved the rooftop patio view of the ocean! The host Cindy was very quick to respond, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend this house and would love to stay here again in the future!
