”Everyting is perfect except Jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was already filled with water. We did not use it, as we assumed the water had been used by previous guests, which did not seem very hygienic. Additionally, the surrounding area was quite messy, and the jacuzzi appeared to be malfunctioning.”

Die Einrichtung entspricht den Fotos, wer Luxus und Hochmodern erwartet ist hier falsch - aber was viel wichtiger ist: Die Familie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und kümmert sich aktiv um die Belange der Gäste. Das Essen war sehr gut und reichlich, uns hat es absolut an nichts gefehlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen!”

”Easy check-in process. Concierge staff are kind and helpful. Location is close walking proximity to bus stops, attractions, bars and restaurants. Surrounding area appears understandably concerning although did not feel unsafe during different points in the day. ”

”Very good hotel. Having kitchen with a fridge is a great advantage if you stay for more than three nights. It’s a bit far from touristic places which is not necessarily good or bad but great thing is that there’s a bus stop nearby with a free rode to the city center. The beach is 10-15 minutes to walk. Administrators are the nicest people who were there to navigate us in our first days on Crete.”

”We stayed in a small village not far from the city center, a place with its own history and wonderful people. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Right next to where we stayed there was a church, and spending time there lets you truly feel the local culture. We stayed in the “Sofia” apartment, which had its own terrace very cozy and homely. There was a kitchen, the only thing missing was a kettle, but overall it’s a very pleasant place with everything you need close by. The host is really friendly...

”We had a very nice one night stay in Heraklion. I had booked a classic room, but hotel upgraded it to a suite. The room was very comfortable and in the evening there was a nice city view from the balcony. Location of the hotel is good, as it is only a short walking distance from city center, but the area is quiet in the night time. There is also a parking house in the same building with the hotel. Le studio est équipé pour se faire à manger :micro-ondes, bouilloire ,cafetière si on ne veut pas manger aux restaurants proches. petit-déjeuner varié et complet. 1/2 heure en bus d'Héraklion Une bonne solution plus locale pour éviter les clubs surpeuplés où mes 4 amis ont passé leur séjour.”
