Hotelli sijaitsee kauppakeskuksen yläpuolella Ciutat de les Ciències alueen vieressä. Huone oli todella perus, näkymä vastapäiseen kerrostaloon, ilman ilmastointia siellä oli vieno tupakanhaju. Huoneessa ei jääkaappia tai vedenkeittomahdollisuutta, jotka yleensä saatavilla. Aamiaisella oli monta kertaa osa perustuotteistabloppu esim. mehu, mutta ennen kahdeksaa sai mennä viereiseen hotelliin, jonka aamupala tuntui toimivan paremmin,

A cash money in my wallet was disappeared after the housekeeping services. Despite filli g a complaint, the hotel did nothing. They informed me that it is now their responsibility, if my belonging is not in the safe. They did not give the logs of my room or formal incident report. They were not helpful at all. The room was not clean, there war hair of other people at bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. Nothing was good. They wasted my business trip, did not help me at all about anything because I booked via hotels.com and they did not received direct money. This hotel can only be hostel not a 4 stars hotel.

It was so very basic, a second chair for 2 people would have been nice, a change of towels for a week would have been nice as well. There was no room service but someone had come in without our prior knowledge and emptied one trash…twice. Noise level from neighbours as well as from the street was not acceptable. It was awkward getting into the front door upon arrival. If you don’t have data on your phone prior to getting in (wifi is available in the room) you cannot use instructions. Suggest that you get data beforehand.
