Your villa consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 125 sqm and can accommodate up to 6 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating and underfloor heating. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV. You have access to the terrace. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and TV. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Muntrilj. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
