Holiday Home 'Magical Retreat' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Balcony

Welcome to a unique home built on the actual rock by the sea, right where the famous "Takis" boatyard once stood.



As a native of Tinos, I’ve designed this house to reflect the authentic island lifestyle—preserving the traditional charm while offering the essential comforts of modern living. My goal is to give every guest an unforgettable experience to take back home.



Please keep in mind: being built directly on the rock by the water, the house is naturally exposed to humidity and the elements that come with living so close to the sea. This adds to the atmosphere and character of the place—and is part of what makes staying here a truly unique, off-the-grid experience.



The Patio

The patio’s “width” is literally the distance between the house and the sparkling blue waters of the Aegean Sea. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a long lunch in the sea breeze or sip a drink as the magical Tinos sun sets before you.



The Space

This seafront home features:

A full sea view

2 Double beds

A fully equipped kitchen

A cozy sitting area and wooden deck, styled after traditional fisherman homes, with a warm wooden floor

A bathroom with hot running water (please ask the host how to turn it on)



There is no air conditioning, as the house is built into the rock, which naturally keeps it cool. A standing fan is available if needed.

The first and second floors are rented separately
