”I called the number on the drawer letting me know that that was the office because no one was there. When they answered the phone. They seem annoyed and asked me if I even had a reservation. And finally unlocked the door to a Small and uncomfortable office. That should have been my cue to leave. The room smelt bad when I walked in it and had no air running so it was over 80°. It was filthy.”

”Room was nice but found dead cockroach in the bathroom. Toilet paper holder broken. Bed was pretty comfortable. But the worst part was the tv...kept freezing and changing channels on its own. Called the front desk, he said he would come and take a look, he never came.”

”Staff at reception wasn't as welcoming as almost everywhere else, not rude but got the vibe of "what are you doing in here". Also gave us the room from the furthest corner of the building, felt like there was something personal although wouldn't know why. But otherwise everything was ok, nice and clean room but a bit outdated. Pool was nice.”
