”It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

”We checked in the room. Staff were not helped our take our luggages to our room. The bath room was very bad with water leakage from ceiling, water accumulating on the bath room floor. I complaint for this then they change to another room. Another room entrance without light again complaint then theu chsnge tje bulb. Bath room pipes having only hot water then complaint the staff came and repaired after only cold water was available. The total stay was horrible. The room was with old furniture's. ”

”It was indeed a very good stay ! *Room was very clean with clean linens *Rest room though small but served the purpose very clean and neat *Reduced One Star ✨ because of the breakfast, though it was good but we found a hair in masala dosa which shouldn't be the case. Otherwise for the price offered it's excellent ”

”Value for money. Good location - 5min away from SGS Ashram. Adjacent to ATM. Opposite to a fruit shop. 2min away from Benne Dosa restaurant which serves great tiffins. Friendly staff. Neat and clean rooms and bathrooms.”

”Clean and well maintained property. Staff's were helpful and nice. Breakfast was very good. Property is next to train track, doesnt seem like a track that has super heavy train traffic. But still will have a train pass here and there at night. If the hotel is hosting a party on weekends it does get very loud until 10:30pm.”
