”An okay hotel, but I expected more for the price. I think the largest drawback was the pool and some of the staff who didn't really speak English. We expected some nice moments in the sun by the pool, but were thrown out because the sunbeds (which are anyway far from fancy) need a reservation, and no one told us that (say, when checking in!) and you can only reserve them for one hour (!) at a time. And on top of this, communicating with the staff by the pool, or even ordering a beer was...

”Fabulous hotel, fabulous rooms. Our room was very spacious and high, and the interior just beautiful. I just enjoyed every minute here and didn't feel bad at all to skip some sights in Madrid to relax at the hotel. The service was excellent too. We had a little bottle of cava and cake upon arrival, the reception desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaning was precise and made our room every time we left, leaving a little chocolate on the bed. The pool is small and has little sun this...
