”Clean room, but noisy bathroom fan and very noisy toilet flushing.

”I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.”

”Pro's:
- Beds are comfy
- Rooms are clean (but dated)
- Lots of restaurants nearby
- Outdoor pool (did not use but looked inviting.
Cons:
- Front desk staff are not pleasant. This was a big con for us. It takes nothing to smile and be friendly to guests.
- Breakfast is not very good.
- Can hear toilets flush in other rooms during the night, if youre a light sleeper, it can keep you/wake you up.
- No water to drink. The vending machine was out and they do not offer water to guests in the...

”We have always stayed at this hotel when traveling. We experienced an issue with our room (328) during our stay Easter weekend. WE also experienced same issue in September 2025 when we travelled here for brother funeral. The room is always clean but yet it smells VERY dusty. The room we had in April 2026 was on the top (3rd floor) like it was in September 2025. The dusty smell affected eyes, throat and I broke out with a rash. ”There was nothing I did not like! I especially want to to mention how helpful the security personnel was for my sister. We had a situation that required help from the security staff and they were more than willing to assist. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and rectify the situation with professionalism and grace.”
