”We were assigned a loft room on the fourth floor accessible only with a four story spiral stairs. We refused to climb the stairs. I’m 95 and my partner is90. We were given a first floor room for one night but nothing else was available so we checked it and stayed at another place. They should have stated that the room was in a four flight walk up. That is a violation off the ADA act. I am going to request a refund for the second night.”

”We are very happy to recommend Forty1. Our family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters accommodated nicely in the room of 2 queen size beds, city view. The gas fireplace did not work, though, but it did not play a big role in our stay during the summer hot season in July. Very attentive staff.”
