The service was otherwise very kind and helpful, but at the reception there was an older man who were not helpful at all and when we asked nicely to have our luggage from the storage he replied that he will only give them to us if we say please. There was also a woman who came to the lobby amd wanted to see the rooftop bar and asked for directions but he did not help her and just asked what do you want to see there??

"Mega schönes Hotel im groĂen und ganzen, ohne Kinder noch schöner, naja also es ist halt kein komplettes Spahotel. Ach was noch nett gewesen wĂ€re bei der BestĂ€tigungsmail fĂŒr die Buchung darauf hin gewiesen zu werden das man beim Abendessen eine lange Hose anziehen muss. Im groĂen und ganzen sehr ..."
