”I stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. All was excellent except the shower. There was no way to not flood the whole bathroom area as shower area was small and had no curtains. I suppose if you're not showering it would be ok. Wonder if the normal bathrooms have the same absence of a splash enclosure.”

”The owner/manager of this property was very welcoming and understanding of our situation and did everything he could to facilitate us on short notice. The pool in the property overlooks a slight hill so it makes for a nice touch. We felt very safe and the place is in a very quiet and serene area. We definitely look forward to staying here again once we are in Tobago. ”

”We had great time at Miller's Guest House! It is placed at peaceful Buccoo, next to the sea and beach in beautiful surroundings! Rooms were simply and very clean and had everything we needed. Felt very safe there. There was seafood restaurant right next to with good food. There is minimarts nearby and bigger market in a walking distance. ”Room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and worked as best as they could within a the many flaws of the hotel. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night. ”I stayed at Lorna’s Cottage for one week. Communications with the property before, during and after were excellent. I was able to check-in early, which was an added plus. Three of the amenities that I look for in this area of the world include good A/C, strong internet and a generally quiet environment. All three were excellent. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. ”
