The staff is not helpful. I called for a heavy blanket and she told me I needed to come and get it myself. I walked up to the desk, only to be told there were none, and maybe they were in the washer. The only issue I encountered is as I was leaving someone had bled all over the floor and I reported it to the clerk as I was checking out. Aside from that everything was fine, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking was good. It was quiet.
