"-Everything was simply top, with nothing to complain about, from friendly staff, to clean room, and tidy property. When I mentioned this is my third time staying at the hotel ( when I was wondering if my info was in the hotel system from my previous stays), I received a complimentary upgrade to twin room. The additional space was appreciated. - The hotel is also very well located if you wish to frequent Akihabara and the Ueno park. "
