”We had a three-person family room for two adults and a 11-year old. The beds were large enough for me to sleep comfortably and I am 200 cm / 6'7". With three beds in the room, there was not much floor space and very limited space to store your clothes but apart from that everything was really good. The cleaning was excellent and the staff at the reception were very friendly and efficient. Leaving luggage in their storage room for a few days was no problem while we went to Kyoto.
