”I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...
”We started our Japan trip staying at this hotel, and after a long flight, it was a great start. The rooms are pretty spacious and the location worked well for us. We attended a Yakult Swallows baseball game across the street and was our main reason for selecting this hotel. What was also great was that the hotel was also an easy walkable distance from Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. There's plenty of great shopping and food in walkable distances. The staff was also very kind and helpful....

Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.

”We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan....
”Very basic and tiny room but I still enjoyed my stay! Very friendly staff and great spot to explore many places in Tokyo. Maybe a bit pricey for such a basic tiny room but it’s the price for the central area I guess.”

”Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!”

”Siisti ja edullinen majoitus sopivalla sijainnilla. Kaikki toimi hienosti, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Oma nukkumatila oli verhoilla suljettava kammio yhteisessä majoitustilassa monen muun kanssa. Suihkuhuoneet ja vessat olivat todella puhtaat ja kaikin puolin toimivat. Our new room was good and it was cleaned spotless daily. The bed and pillows were good and tight, and tho the hotel is situated next to a railway and a bigger road for cars, the noise insolation was surprisingly good and we slept well. Nice balcony (in every room perhaps?).
The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice, tho the men’s side was untidy in the evening. The ladies’ side was nice and tidy.
The front desk staff was great from start to finish.
Nice location just a few mins from an Oedo line metrostop. Nicely between Harajuku and Shinjuku. Easy to get to places with metro and bus. Right next to a baseball stadium, we saw a game during our stay.
Despite th start we ended up having a good time in Tokyo and this hotel. "

"In photos looks better than actually is. I had a tiny dark room and basically no day light cause the wall was so close to the window.
I booked deluxe double room.
They messed up with invoice and asked me to pay more when checking out.
Also, I agreed late check out at 1pm a day before and had ”do not disturb” sign on my door so I could sleep later but they called 11:01 and woke up me and asked when I am gonna leave.
I arrived 30min before checking in time(3pm) and they said I need to wait until it is exactly 3pm. Of course there was tens of people waiting exactly 3pm 😩 Amateurs the whole staff."
