”I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...
”Great self service hotel. Great for a family although keep in mind it is one big room, so difficult to enjoy the place once our kids were asleep. Room 5 or 6 are the best, because in the lower rooms the sound of people walking (jumping!) above can keep you awake at night. Excellent washing machines”

”Always a pleasure. This hotel is a nice way to relax in tokyo, this was my second time here. After a long Hectic day in tokyo, Its nice to put on some sauna and jacuzzi and just relax. Also the massage-socks were amazing.
Television is super-hightech with lots of good movies/Music videos/entertainment included kn room price. (No extra charge for that). Room service works Well.
There is no breakfast, But there is nice places nearby. And room service. And karaoke.

”Super location, 2 different train lines close by, very well appointed rooms and comfortable, staff amazing and extremely helpful, reception area had side room with: microwave, ice machine, laundry facilities, vending machines. ”This is a decent priced hotel seconds from the subway station that will take you anywhere you want to go in Tokyo.
The room was perfect for me as a solo traveler and had everything I needed. The A/C was powerful as it had to be in such heated weather. The bed was very comfortable and all the important personal products were present and working.
No usb charging so make sure you bring your own although there is in the super cafe downstairs which had some very tasty treats at reasonable prices and...
”Tokyu Stay Yotsuya was exactly the kind of hotel we were looking for. The hotel has a very central location, equally close to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Chiyoda and Minato districts. With JR rail lines and subway lines from the Yotsuya station you can easily get pretty much everywhere, for example with the yellow JB Chuo-Sobu line you can go to Akihabara or the main railway station in just 20 minutes.
I would say that the hotel is also a walking distance away Shinjuku, Chiyoda and Shibuya, around 3...

”Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!”

”Once you step out of the hotel your in the middle of Tokyo Night life…
Being said that the Hotel room was very clean and many amenities in the room. Steam room and jacuzzi tub was awesome. Karaoke and sound system was great. Staff were very responsive.
Just wish the bed was a little softer…”

”This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. There is a beverage vending machine and unlimited serve your own alcohol available 24/7. The inside is so pretty and calming and they have a little campsite themed dining area. Our room was very nice with an area to leave your shoes, a big bath with jets, an adjustable...
"We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan.
Our new room was good and it was cleaned spotless daily. The bed and pillows were good and tight, and tho the hotel is situated next to a railway and a bigger road for cars, the noise insolation was surprisingly good and we slept well. Nice balcony (in every room perhaps?).
The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice, tho the men’s side was untidy in the evening. The ladies’ side was nice and tidy.
The front desk staff was great from start to finish.
Nice location just a few mins from an Oedo line metrostop. Nicely between Harajuku and Shinjuku. Easy to get to places with metro and bus. Right next to a baseball stadium, we saw a game during our stay.
Despite th start we ended up having a good time in Tokyo and this hotel. "

"In photos looks better than actually is. I had a tiny dark room and basically no day light cause the wall was so close to the window.
I booked deluxe double room.
They messed up with invoice and asked me to pay more when checking out.
Also, I agreed late check out at 1pm a day before and had ”do not disturb” sign on my door so I could sleep later but they called 11:01 and woke up me and asked when I am gonna leave.
I arrived 30min before checking in time(3pm) and they said I need to wait until it is exactly 3pm. Of course there was tens of people waiting exactly 3pm 😩 Amateurs the whole staff."
