Palvelu ystävällistä, huomioivaa ja hyvää. Hotellissa on iso uima-allas ja spa - alue. Hotellin puutarha on valtavan suuri ja upea, rinteeseen nouseva. Siellä on pieni temppeli ja pagoda. Puutarhaan luodaan kaksi kertaa vrk: ssa keinotekoisesti kaunis lumoava usva.

”Always a pleasure. This hotel is a nice way to relax in tokyo, this was my second time here. After a long Hectic day in tokyo, Its nice to put on some sauna and jacuzzi and just relax. Also the massage-socks were amazing.
Television is super-hightech with lots of good movies/Music videos/entertainment included kn room price. (No extra charge for that). Room service works Well.

”Tokyo Stay Shinjuku Eastside was the perfect place for us to explore Tokyo. The surroundings of the hotel are calm for Shinjuku but the location is great with several cafes/restaurants/konbini as well as train stations nearby. ”This place was amazing! All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, even if some didn't speak English. They have free breakfast every morning (make your own onigiri, juice, coffee, bread, and soup) and s'mores in the evening. ”Tokyu Stay Yotsuya was exactly the kind of hotel we were looking for. The hotel has a very central location, equally close to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Chiyoda and Minato districts. With JR rail lines and subway lines from the Yotsuya station you can easily get pretty much everywhere, for example with the yellow JB Chuo-Sobu line you can go to Akihabara or the main railway station in just 20 minutes.

"We had a rocky start at this hotel: our room was untidy when we arrived. There was food and fake eyelashes on the floor. Housekeeping came to vacuum the floor. Later in the evening when unpacking we found used underpants from a bathroom shelf. We called the front desk who came to take it away. They changed us to another room after this. We were compensated for the inconvenience, but the start left a bit of a nasty feeling to our stay and the final leg of our several weeks long trip in Japan.
Our new room was good and it was cleaned spotless daily. The bed and pillows were good and tight, and tho the hotel is situated next to a railway and a bigger road for cars, the noise insolation was surprisingly good and we slept well. Nice balcony (in every room perhaps?).
The breakfast was good. The onsen was really nice, tho the men’s side was untidy in the evening. The ladies’ side was nice and tidy.
The front desk staff was great from start to finish.
Nice location just a few mins from an Oedo line metrostop. Nicely between Harajuku and Shinjuku. Easy to get to places with metro and bus. Right next to a baseball stadium, we saw a game during our stay.
Despite th start we ended up having a good time in Tokyo and this hotel. "

"In photos looks better than actually is. I had a tiny dark room and basically no day light cause the wall was so close to the window.
I booked deluxe double room.
They messed up with invoice and asked me to pay more when checking out.
Also, I agreed late check out at 1pm a day before and had ”do not disturb” sign on my door so I could sleep later but they called 11:01 and woke up me and asked when I am gonna leave.
I arrived 30min before checking in time(3pm) and they said I need to wait until it is exactly 3pm. Of course there was tens of people waiting exactly 3pm 😩 Amateurs the whole staff."
