I wanted to have a comfortable few nights near transportation but in a quiet neighbourhood and The Prince Park Tower didn't disappoint. From me arriving by taxi to the moment of check-out, the service was extremely polite, accommodating and friendly. The staff spoke good English all around. The hotel itself and its surroundings are beautiful and it was worth paying a little extra for the Tokyo Tower view. Also make sure to visit the topfloor bar at night for the best views. I loved the little touches like the morning newspaper and the turndown service with next day's weather forecast. Also the free shuttle bus to Hamamatsucho station was much appreciated. The hotel houses several restaurants, and I can recommend Katsura and Brise Verde whole-heartedly. They are however pricy as they offer a fine dining experience, so for a quick evening meal use the B1 floor konbini instead. The room interior was to my liking, however some may find the furniture outdated. For European standards the room (corner premium) was spacious enough. The speedy wifi and adapter kit were very welcome. I have no complaints about cleanliness. The bed had a quite hard mattress, as is the Asian style, so make note of that if you prefer it otherwise. The only slight downsides were that there were mainly expensive restaurants in and near the hotel, and that the room service food was a bit lackluster for its price. Overall the experience was still well worth my money.

This hotel is top tier!! The rooms are very spacious, the hotel staff is very friendly. The location and views are amazing (close to Tokyo Tower) I was able to try 3 of the restaurants located inside the hotel, and all were delicious! One thing I appreciated most is the staff does try to communicate in English which was very helpful. I highly recommend this property! 5 stars

Very nice hotel. Recommend breakfast on floor 33. Great view and nice buffet. Sushi restaurant also very good but very hard without reservations. If you want to eat at a restaurant definitely make reservations . Park around hotel is beautiful walk with many nice photo ops. Nice 5k run if you do several laps. Bowling alley and theaters in basement if people want that

Great restaurants and a convenience store located in the hotel itself. Next to a very lovely park and a walkable distance from multiple subway stations. We elected for a room on a higher floor with the view of the tower and the view was incredible. Great balcony to stand and watch the city lights at night. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful, even with our very limited understanding of Japanese.

I did not like getting charged 3000 yen extra for 24h gym access in a 5 star hotel. I only booked this hotel bcs of the gym and was a bit underwhelmed when I found out there’s an extra fee. The service was exceptional. The ladies at the reception were very nice and welcoming !

This is a lovely hotel, however it is a bit isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city. Thus, there are limited dinning and shopping options in the area. Now that being said, it is close to several subway stations if you are inclined to travel to a dinning/shopping destination. However it is always nice to end long touring days near the hotel with good options for dinner -- and that is not the case with hotel.

Beautiful view of the Tokyo Tower, walkable to so many places, shrines, and multiple subway stations. Amazing food served with the hotel breakfast every morning, and incredible dessert shops. The Stellar Lounge at night is the most beautiful view from a bar I have ever seen in my life. And the bonus of having a Lawson's in the hotel was *chefs kiss*!

The view of Tokyo Tower at night from our hotel room was fantastic. It isn't a convenient place to stay for shopping and activites. You'll need to take a taxi or walk pretty far to get to a substation.
