”Perfect property. Quiet. Beautiful night sky, no city lights! Hot tub was hot and clear. Very clean house. Walking distance to anything in Yachats. Loved the little bit of extra big property. Would definitely stay again.”

”This is a wonderful little cottage! MaryJo was very communicative with all the details we needed. We brought our 2 pups with us. It was a little cramped with 4 adults and 2 dogs however we knew we would be. The yard was big and mostly fenced (it is open on the side if you have a pet that will run). The beds.....oh my the beds!! I slept so good and they were so very comfy! We even looked up the brand of the bed and are considering it for home! The beach entrance was 3 houses down, so nice easy...

”The property is lovely. Location couldn't be better. We would recommend living room furniture upstairs be swapped with downstairs. It should be noted that there is no walk in shower downstairs. There are some little things that need fixing, but it appears that owner is aware and working on them. (Sliding door downstairs bedroom, Refrig water dispenser, island counter granite falling off.) Nothing that distracted from our stay. ”

”Wonderful home, great location in a sweet quiet neighborhood with beautiful yard landscape. Enjoyed having coffee on the porch and watching the hummingbird gorge herself on the bright flowers. Mark was an outstanding host. Close to beach, town and excellent hiking trails. So relaxing and fun. ”
