”The room smelled VERY strong of urine. A chair in the room smelled of urine. The bed was horrible and was so low to the ground it felt like just sleeping on a mattress only. No waffle batter at breakfast. Desk Clerk/Manager was very nice and professional at check-in.”

”This hotel was honestly great. The staff was second to none. Every staff person was so kind and wanted to help. The rooms are clean and updated. My kids could not get enough of the pool and they have a free breakfast. If I had to pick a negative it would be that it’s a little far from everything but honestly it’s such an easy drive that even that didn’t matter. We will definitely stay here again. ”

They have several restaurants (along with room service), a huge outdoor area with fireplaces, a pool with a few large hot tubs, many spaces to just relax in the lobby area with games… and they have an awesome spa! ”This place was even better in person. So nice! Spotless and beautiful. The towels were soft, the toilet paper was soft, the bedding was soft. The hot tub was just what the dr ordered. And the floor in the bathroom was heated. 10 out of 10 will stay here again and again. Also, all the places to eat within a few minutes of walking distance made it so easy to stay in for the night. ”

”Due to Deer Valley Ski Resort closing earlier than expected because of the warmer than usual temperatures, certain amenities were not open….SPA, Italian On-site restaurant and Skiing itself was closed with-out notice, which impacted our stay and wish we were notified beforehand. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The complementary shuttle service and staff was very good getting us around town and were attentive. ”

”This was the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. Located on the 2nd floor and a bar on the first floor. Super noisy until 2am. It sounded like we were sitting in the bar. It was ridiculous.
