Los Trujillo: Private Pool & Garden Retreat

Summary:
Los Trujillo is a single-story house in San Gaspar, on the quiet side of Valle de Bravo, close to the lake. It is built around a large lawn with a private plunge pool and a covered terrace under a wooden pergola, made for long meals outdoors, slow mornings and warm afternoons. With four bedrooms and room for up to eight guests, it is a great fit for families and groups of friends escaping the city.

The Space:
The house is all on one level. The living room, dining area and kitchen share an open, bright space with glass doors that open onto the garden.

· Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, stove with two gas and two electric burners, separate medium-size oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and dishes for eight

· Bedroom 2: two double beds, a sofa and private full bathroom
· Bedroom 3: king bed, TV and private full bathroom, with direct access to the garden
· Bedroom 4: a smaller room with a double bed, without its own bathroom
· Half bath outside, in the garden
· Bathrooms stocked with shampoo, body soap, shower gel and hair dryer

Outside, the jacuzzi-style plunge pool (2.5 x 2.5 m, 1.4 m deep) sits in the middle of the lawn with sun loungers and an umbrella. The covered terrace has an outdoor dining table for eight and a lounge area, and there is a charcoal BBQ grill for cookouts.

Also provided: Wi-Fi (250 Mbps), sound system, iron and ironing board, towels and essentials, and parking for two cars inside the property.

Guest Access:
The entire house, garden and pool are private for your group.

The pool is outdoor and can be heated on request with 24 hours' notice, for an additional fee.

Optional services, also for an additional fee: housekeeping during your stay and a local cook who can prepare meals at the house. Let us know in advance and we will arrange them for you.

The Neighborhood:
San Gaspar is a small, peaceful community on the shores of the Valle de Bravo reservoir, surrounded by green hills and with a warm, mild climate. The house is on a quiet lane near Marina Contiki, away from the bustle of town but close to everything Valle de Bravo has to offer.

· Historic center of Valle de Bravo: San Francisco parish, crafts market and the Joaquín Arcadio Pagaza museum
· Mirador La Peña, with panoramic views and paragliding
· Velo de Novia waterfall

Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get here and to explore the area; taxis are also available in Valle de Bravo.

The last stretch is a narrow lane with a white wall; the entrance is a black gate. There is free parking for two cars inside the property (maximum height 2.5 m) and room for two more on the street.

- All cancelations from VRBO are subject to a 5% fee due to transaction fees
· Children and infants are welcome; the pool has no fence, so they must be supervised by an adult at all times.
· No pets.
· Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.
· Please respect check-in (3:00 pm) and check-out (11:00 am) times.
· Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.
· Visitors only with prior notice.
· No loud music after 10:00 pm; please keep noise to a moderate level.
· No bonfires.
· No food or glass in the pool.
· No food in the bedrooms.
· Please do not stand on the sofas with shoes.
· Treat the service staff with respect.
· Report any damage or incident at the property right away.
