The main house features six bedrooms, while an independent apartment within the same property offers two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a private terrace, and an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. This layout allows larger groups to stay together while still enjoying comfort and privacy throughout the property.



The terrace, pool, and jacuzzi become the perfect setting for enjoying San Gaspar’s warm weather and the surrounding lake and mountain views.



The Space:

Villa del Carmen was designed to create a natural connection between indoor and outdoor living. The common areas open directly onto the terrace, pool, and jacuzzi, creating an ideal atmosphere for outdoor breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, or gathering with family and friends while overlooking the lake.



The property accommodates up to 20 guests distributed between the main house and a separate apartment located within the same grounds. The main residence includes six bedrooms and spacious social areas, while the apartment offers two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a small private terrace. Its open-concept design integrates the living room, dining area, and kitchen into one shared space that encourages comfortable group interaction.



Thanks to its elevated position facing the lake, several areas throughout the property enjoy panoramic views of the water and the surrounding mountains of Valle de Bravo. The layout allows guests to enjoy both private moments and shared experiences in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including the main house, independent apartment, pool, jacuzzi, terrace, and all private common areas. The villa’s layout allows guests to comfortably enjoy both shared gathering spaces and quieter private areas throughout their stay.



The Neighborhood:

San Gaspar is known for its peaceful atmosphere, warm climate, and close connection to the lake, making it a great choice for guests looking for a more relaxed side of Valle de Bravo. Just a short walk away, El Santuario Resort & Spa offers spa services, wellness experiences, a restaurant, and traditional temazcal sessions. Across from the property, Embarcadero Reyes offers kayak rentals, boat rides, and water activities to enjoy the lake throughout the day. Guests can also visit Maranathá, a well-known spiritual and retreat center located about 10 minutes away. Downtown Valle de Bravo is approximately 20 minutes by car, while Avándaro is around 35 minutes away.

Driving is highly recommended to comfortably explore restaurants, marinas, and nearby attractions around Valle de Bravo. The property offers convenient access to downtown Valle de Bravo, Avándaro, and other nearby destinations around the lake area.
