In the commune of Tombebœuf, we offer this charming 250 m² air-conditioned house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 11 travelers. It features an attractive 80 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 7,500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 80 m² living room with sofa, TV, fireplace (wood provided) and dining area for 10 people
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Billiard room
- Bathroom with 2-person whirlpool bath and shower
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 5: single bed (90×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

In the outbuilding:
- Dining area with fully-equipped kitchenette, table and chairs
- Lounge area with double sofa bed and two armchairs
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A private (unheated) 5×10 m swimming pool, open all year round (dates non-contractual). The pool is secured by an electric floating shutter.
- Two terraces of 50 m² each, one facing south and the other north, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- 7,500 m² of private, wooded garden.

The house is ideally located in Tombebœuf, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house, which can accommodate several vehicles. (A 16A plug outside available for charging electric vehicles).

For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Villeneuve-sur-Lot 30 km away (approx. 30 min. by car)
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac 126 km (approx. 1h30 by car)
A car is necessary to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking.
- Free WiFi available (fiber optics).
- Air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms.
- Only the fireplace with insert is functional. Wood is at your disposal.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition, and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Swimming pool opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions
