”I was surprised by this nice hotel in Ithaca. The hotel was neat; nice staff and enough parking spaces. It has the facility to charge electric vehicles as well. A nice place to stay for sure.”

Room #1 had a powerful smell of urine, the tv did not work, the air conditioner stuck on one setting. Room #2 when I asked to be moved smelled less like urine, but now added cigarettes. The window did not close all the way, dirty rug with stains, smudging/gunk all over the light fixtures, a fridge that hadn’t...

”staff was great. Convenient location. the floor in our room was filthy. like my feet were gross from walking around the room. bed was clean and comfy but the floors were beyond needing to be cleaned.”

Unfortunately, the parking garage next to the hotel is under construction so we had to unload and then park a few blocks away. This was time consuming, though the hotel did its best to alleviate the problem. Overall it was s very good stay.”
